How to Set Travel Time Between Jobs in BookingKoala?

To set the default options for providers, follow these steps:

Open the "Settings" menu.
Select "General."
Choose "Store Options."
Go to "Scheduling."
Click on "Provider Availability."

These settings will apply to all new providers you add. However, you can also customize them for individual providers within their profile.

To enable a feature that assigns booking spots based on job length, follow these instructions:

Look for the question: "Would you like the system to check the providers scheduling availability to see if the booking length exceeds their end time?"

If you want the system to check if the booking duration goes beyond the provider's end time (including travel time breaks), select "Yes".

Remember to save your changes by clicking the "Save" button located at the bottom of the page.
